REMODELS / REPAIRS / CUSTOM BUILDS
Every project deserves care, practical thinking, and hands-on attention.
01 / WHAT I BUILD
Your home.
Your next project.
A remodel, a repair, or a smaller improvement—start with what you need. Projects do not have to be large or unusual to be worth a conversation.
Repairs & smaller projects
Everyday home repairs, maintenance, and improvements that make your space more comfortable and useful. Smaller projects are welcome.
Think: fixing a problem, finishing an update, or improving an existing space.
Custom builds & creative solutions
When your project calls for something specific, we can explore a custom piece, better storage, or a practical way to use an awkward space.
Think: custom features, storage, and spaces that work better.
Drafting & accurate designs
Drafting brings your project into focus with measured layouts, clear dimensions, and practical design details. We draft it up, work through the details, and build it.
Think: project drawings, layouts, and custom design details.
FROM THE FIRST “WHAT IF?”
Idea. Draft. Build.
- Understand it
Start with what you want the result to do.
- Draft it up
Develop accurate drawings with clear dimensions, layouts, and the details that guide the build.
- Bring it to life
Turn the plan into something you can actually use.
02 / ABOUT JUSTIN
A curious mind.
A practical
pair of hands.
Practical experience for everyday projects and bigger ideas.
Cardinal Summit Design Build is about helping people improve their homes, whether that means a repair, a smaller project, or a full remodel. I also enjoy creative work: a better use of a space or a feature made specifically for you.
My background spans full remodels and rebuilds, hands-on work across home systems, and site and dirt work with machinery. Surveying and engineering experience brings a measured, practical perspective to each project.
I have worked across Colorado, from Colorado Springs, Carbondale, and Grand Junction to mountain communities and Denver. I am now bringing Cardinal Summit Design Build to the Denver area.
I am also a drafter. I turn ideas into accurate drawings and clear layouts, connecting the design work to the hands-on build.

EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPES THE WORK
- Full remodels & rebuilds
- I have taken on full remodels and rebuilds. That experience shapes how I approach a project: understanding the existing conditions, thinking through the work as a whole, and bringing the details together.
- Hands-on work across the house
- My background includes framing, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, and some electrical work, along with repairs and maintenance. Working across these areas helps me understand how a home's structure, systems, and finished spaces fit together.
- Site work, dirt work & machinery
- My experience also extends to site work, dirt work, and working with machinery, bringing a practical understanding of the work around a building as well as the work inside it.
- Surveying & engineering perspective
- Experience in surveying and engineering adds a measured approach to space, dimensions, and design decisions, helping connect a creative idea to the realities of building it.
